World music show featuring local drumming
groups and children from local primary schools........more
Christian Aid - Drumming for
trade justice
Thousands of people around the UK and
Ireland took part in a campaign drumming petition to
beat home the trade justice message to the UK government.
In Bristol, local MPs Doug Naysmith, Kerry McCarthy,
Roger Berry and Dawn Primarolo joined well over a hundred
people for the event.
Chepstow Community Festival
A great afternoon in Chepstow, under
the cover of a lovely cool tent on a very hot day.
International Kite Festival
Bristol
We had a great weekend, and an unusual
one as we (and of course the general public) provided
a drumming background to the Rokkakku Japanese fighting
kites - which is why everyone in the photos is looking
up!.
Bristol Balloon Fiesta
We were rained off on the Saturday,
but on Sunday the weather was great!
Keynsham Music Festival
We facilitated two circles during a
very hot afternoon.
Priddy Folk Festival
Several workshops, primarily for children
as we were in the Children's Marquee - but some adults
couldn't help but join in!
International Festival of
the Sea, Portsmouth
We were there as part of the finale
for a fantastic festival.
1st Olveston Brownies
A father's day event in an idyllic
setting.
Broadmead shopping centre,
Bristol
A fun packed day in Bristol. We ran
a number of short drum circles so that the shoppers
could have a relaxing drum for fifteen minutes before
continuing with their shopping. We had lots of people
who had never drummed before, all of whom had a fantastic
time.
Caritor party, Bristol
A great afternoon corporate event at
the spectacular @Bristol site.
